1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Idrometpower website, which presents water and methanol injection systems for high performance engines. The site is informational and serves as a contact channel.

2. No binding offer

Site content does not constitute a public offer. Any supply, installation or tuning is agreed separately between the parties, based on the technical configuration defined together.

3. Technical use and responsibility

Water-methanol injection is a technical modification to a vehicle. Installation, calibration and use must be carried out by competent personnel and in compliance with the regulations applicable to road use and vehicle homologation.

The user is responsible for checking their vehicle's compliance and for using the system in permitted contexts (road, track, competition). Vehicle modifications may affect warranty, insurance and homologation.

4. Product safety

The systems include operational monitoring with visual and audible alerts if pressure is lost. These systems do not replace proper maintenance and engine monitoring by the user.

5. Intellectual property

Brand, logo, texts and images on this site belong to Idrometpower or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

6. Changes

Idrometpower may update these terms and the site content at any time. The published version is the one in force.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law.
